Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using VibeVouch. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services provided through our platform.

VibeVouch is operated by LUPA GROUP L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, and this policy is prepared in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection and digital services regulations.

1. General Policy

VibeVouch provides digital voucher creation and management services.
Due to the digital and instant nature of these services, all sales are considered final.

Once a Voucher has been successfully generated and delivered to your account, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy.

2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests will be reviewed only under the following conditions:

2.1 Technical Failure

A refund may be issued if a verified technical error on the VibeVouch platform results in:

  • A duplicate charge, or

  • A Voucher that fails to generate and is not delivered to your account

2.2 Service Unavailability

If the VibeVouch platform becomes completely non-operational for an extended period, preventing access to existing Vouchers, and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

3.1 Expired Vouchers

Vouchers that remain unused after their stated six (6) month validity period are not eligible for refunds.

3.2 Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after a Voucher has been created.

3.3 Brand Store Issues

VibeVouch is not responsible for actions or policies of third-party Brand Stores, including but not limited to:

  • Refusal to honor a Voucher

  • Brand Store closure or suspension

  • Poor service or product quality

  • Policy or pricing changes

Such situations do not qualify for refunds.

3.4 User Errors

Refunds will not be granted if errors occur due to user actions, including:

  • Selecting the incorrect Brand Store

  • Entering the wrong Voucher value

  • Any other mistake made during the Voucher creation process

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies under Section 2, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the Voucher creation date.

  • The email address associated with your VibeVouch account

  • Voucher reference details

  • A clear and complete description of the issue

Approval or denial of any refund request is at the sole discretion of VibeVouch.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Website. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
